  3. Does it require assembly?
    Yes. Some assembly is required. We include all of the instructions in the package and provide a customer service number if you have any questions during assembly.
  4. Can the product be customized?
    Special design changes cannot be made to the product at this time. However, you can select the finish and choose the background picture you would like for your Personal Home Sanctuary. We gladly accept any design changes you may request for future consideration. If you are interested in a customizable unit please contact our office.

    You can place an order over the Internet or over the phone at 1-888-955-0550. We have a fully functioning shopping cart that makes online purchases easy. Our sales representatives are available to take your calls, answer questions and help you place orders 24 hrs/day.

InnerConnect, Inc. (“InnerConnect”) Limited Warranty

  1. InnerConnect warrants this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

    What Does This Warranty Cover?
    This warranty covers any defects in the Personal Home Sanctuary.

    How Long Does The Coverage Last?
    This warranty last thirty (30) days from the date the product is delivered (“Warranty Period”). Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use shall also be limited to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

    What Will InnerConnect Do?
    InnerConnect will replace the damaged unit or any defective or malfunctioning part(s) at no charge.

    What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
    Any problem that is caused by abuse, negligence, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) is not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    How Do You Get Service?
    In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST call our Customer Service at 1-888-955-0550 within 30 days of delivery of this product to file a Warranty claim.

    If something is wrong with your Personal Home Sanctuary, please notify InnerConnect within the Warranty Period through any of the below methods with a brief description of the problem.

  2. How are products shipped?
    Products are usually shipped via ground transportation by one of the major carriers. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and a product tracking number. To check on Shipping Status, please call 1-888-955-0550 and provide your product tracking number.
  3. How much is my shipping?
    Shipping charges vary depending on weight, dimensions and location being delivered. Shipping charges include the cost to ship your order including handling and insurance. Please be aware that expedited shipping will cost more than ground shipping.
  4. What is inside delivery?
    Inside delivery is having a freight company driver take your package into your building and putting it where you want it. Inside delivery adds additional cost to your shipping.
  5. Can I pay to have the unit assembled?
    We have certified installers in the Atlanta area only at this time.

Delivery Time

  1. How long will it take to receive my Personal Home Sanctuary?
    The delivery time is between 7–16 weeks which is standard for most ordered furniture.
